The Compassionate Friends is a national, mutual,
self-help organization offering friendship and
understanding to bereaved families who have
experienced the death of a child through nearly
600 local community chapters.

Mission Statement: To assist families in the positive
resolution of grief following the death of a child and
education to help others be supportive.

The Grand Rapids Chapter of The Compassionate Friends meets the last Wednesday
of the month at St. Marks Episcopal Church (map), 134 N. Division,
Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our meetings are at 7:30 P.M.
